RETURNS POLICY

At Boating & Fishing Online, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality fishing tackle and ensuring your complete satisfaction. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we strive to make the process as simple and convenient as possible. Please review our returns policy below:

1. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Process:
- Prior to returning an item, please contact us via email info@boatingandfishingonline.com.au to initiate the return process. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- When returning an item, please include a copy of the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Options:
a) Refund: If you choose a refund, we will credit the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
b) Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit which will be issued as a gift card which can be used for future purchases at our store. Store credit expires after 12 month and will be issued in the form of a unique code or voucher.

4. Exchanges:
- Are unavailable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange for a return, replacement, or repair of the item at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
- For safety concerns, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

7. Exceptions:
- Our returns policy does not cover items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
- Clearance or sale items may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

8. In-Store Purchases:
- If you made your purchase at our physical store Manning River Marine, please refer to the receipt or contact the store directly for information regarding returns and exchanges.
