SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AND PACKING TIMES

We always endeavour to have your order picked and packed as soon as possible. While we try for same day processing, some items and freight methods don't allow for this however we will do our best to get orders away as quickly as possible. 

Public Holidays

Shipping days do not include public holidays.

Sales Periods

There may be a delay of up to 5 days during our big sale periods.

Order Tracking

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order yourself via the courier service that we have selected for your order.

Custom and Duty charges

Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you.

FREIGHT EXCEPTIONS 

For items over 25kg actual or cubic weight, we will contact you with a freight quote prior to confirming your order, as this is beyond the automatic capabilities of our online system.

You may request to give our freight companies the Authority To Leave (ATL) your parcel on your premises, without a proof of delivery signature. If you request this method of delivery Boating and Fishing Online does not take responsibility for any parcel/s that goes missing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will be calculated at checkout and are subject to the destination countries tax laws.  Feel free to email at info@boatingandfishingonline.com.au if you would like a freight quote prior to ordering.

Please be aware that some products and ranges are excluded from international sale due to export regulations or supplier restrictions.

We always do our best to advise of this in our product descriptions, however, Boating and Fishing Online reserves the right to cancel orders if restrictions arise after an order is made. In this case a full refund will be provided.
